To request a refund, please contact us at service@montikautomation.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
7. Store Credit Option
